I went to the new Nicolasville location, but Google doesn't have it listed yet. I called the Lexington location looking to get both the back and front end of my brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra repaired after getting sandwiched as part of a four car accident. Ben at the Palumbo location sent my estimate from the insurance company to Chris Rhorer at the Glenn/Nicolasville location as they weren't going to be able to fit me in for several weeks. Chris was able to get me in the next day after reading over the estimate. Throughout the repair process, Chris kept me informed of the progress and additional damage found (we couldn't open the hood or trunk before hand due to the damage). He worked with the insurance adjuster to get all the additional parts and services approved and ordered. Due to my work schedule, I had to stop by to drop off and pick up right around their 5 pm closing. Chris and Seth (I can't remember his name exactly, but I think I'm close, sorry) worked with me, including staying almost 30 minutes after closing when Enterprise got backed up and we were delayed. The work was performed on the estimated time frame (actually a day or two earlier than expected) and, as far as I can tell, the car is just like new again. We initially had an issue with the low tire pressure sensor light and check engine light coming on when I picked it up, and Chris made arrangements to get it back in and get those checked again, despite it being 5:30 on a Friday. It just turned out to be the spare tire had lost air during the initial impact, but Chris and his people checked the sensors, computer system, and all 5 tires for damage just to be sure it was just that. It was my second accident, and the first one was processed through my insurance (GEICO) so I didn't have a choice in the repair shop. For this accident, it was being processed through the rear car's insurance as he was at fault, and they told me to find a place and just let them know when repairs were scheduled so they could send the check. I was worried about picking a bad place and getting scamed/ripped off with bad repairs, but KY Collision Center had some of the best ratings and reviews in town. I'm very happy I chose to have them do the repairs and fully recommend them to anyone and everyone.read more

I just picked my truck up today and it looks great. Someone side swiped me in a parking lot and you can't tell at all now. They were fast and efficient and handled all the insurance leg work for me. They also washed and vacuumed it which it desperately needed. I'd highly recommend them.read more

I took a recently purchased older car for an estimate for repairs before giving the car to my daughter at school in another state. The estimate was lower than I had expected. They ordered the parts while I was present and they were delivered the next day. We took the car in and all the work was done in a timely manner and the car looked awesome. My car was wrecked after my boyfriend's friend was driving it (I was in the car when it happened). The front left of the car was seriously messed up and I could barely open my car door. I was told it would be two weeks before they could get me in and when I did finally get in, it took another two weeks to fix (when I was originally told 3 days). When I finally got the car back, my air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air which is exactly the same thing that happened to a friend of mine who took her car there as well. When I called, I told them what had happened and they got flustered. They offered to take my car to the Jeep dealership for me to have it looked at if I could get it in that week, but my boyfriend was undergoing surgery that same week so I ended up having to decline and I just got around to taking the car to the Jeep dealership myself. I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $414 (after already paying a crap load of money to have my car fixed in the first place) to fix a mistake that KY Collision Center seems to be repeatedly making. I have to go back to the Jeep dealership in a couple weeks to get my car checked again to see if KY Collision created a leak in my AC system somewhere. If there is no leak, this means that they just FORGOT to recharge my AC system after they messed with it. Either way, piss poor workmanship and I will NOT EVER take my car back there again.read more

Amazingly fast and friendly I was needing a new bumper because someone hit me in a parking lot and the staff was incredibly friendly. The insurance company wanted them to use recycled car parts for my car and instead of just throwing on any bumper the staff continued to send them back bumpers until they finally just put a new one on just to make sure it was perfect! Not only that but they CLEANED the entire interior of my car (even the change in the cup holders). If something ever happens to my car again this will be the first place I go!read more

Be very cautious using this company, I had to take my car back 3 different times to have bad replacement parts fixed. They need to do a better job at quality inspection checks after the car is repaired. I would not recommend to anyone with a newer car.read more

Pretty frustrating experience. I was told to get an estimate by the insurance company and found this shop via an online search. I called and explained what I needed and who the insurance company is and was told I would have an estimate within 15-20 minutes (minor damage). Was treated as a nuisance from the moment I arrived. 3 days later and still no estimate, again, for minor damage. I’ll find another place.read more

Why would you get your car repaired anywhere else? Kentucky Collision center is fast, has great prices and the best staff.
